On Wednesday, Zayn Malik’s girlfriend took to her Instagram account and revealed via comment that she has not been under any pressure to lose weight. Gigi has always her body and still does. Her comment read: “It’s called growing up. Bodies change as girls become women, just as my mom’s body changed at the same age.”

She added: “I loved my body as a 17-year-old athlete, and I love my body now. Yes, I’ve lost some ‘baby fat,’ but muscle mass from my intensive volleyball training in high school has changed over the years into lean muscle from boxing and work stress can have its affect [sic], naturally, but purposefully changing my body has never been my thing.”

The 23-year-old model said that she feels confident about her body. She doesn’t follow any diet and eats everything that she likes. Gigi Hadid is still very strong and healthy. She loves her leaner figure and the negative comments do not affect her at all. This was not the first time that the VS supermodel spoke up against her body-shamers.

In 2015, the sizzling diva was noticed directing her point of view towards the people for their hate-filled comments. She said: “Yes, I have boobs, I have abs, I have a butt, I have thighs, but I’m not asking for special treatment. Your mean comments don’t make me want to change my body.”

Gigi also revealed it to ELLE.com that even though we are public figures but no one has the right to just pass any comment about us. The ramp queen said that she does not feel afraid to voice her opinion.

“I just felt like I wasn’t scared to have a voice. Some people might think that it was maybe aggressive, but I just think that I was doing it because I want to stand up for myself. I think that I have the right to have a say because we all do on social media,” said Gigi Hadid.
