One Direction star and much-loved Harry Styles is taking up Pilates, doing yoga and ballet to straighten things out as he suffers from postural problems.

Our favorite rock star had a bad back and irregular posture, which is why he was asked to take Pilates. He’s doing pretty well and a momentous improvement has been acknowledged by his osteopath. Good going, Harry!

No one knew about Harry Styles suffering from postural problems. A source has now revealed that Harry has been taking Pilates classes from nearly eighteen months. He was asked to do yoga and ballet way back but he could not manage to do it regularly because of his busy 1D schedule. His boy band is now on an indefinite hiatus, which gave him plenty of time to take care of his health.

The 22-year-old pop star had a bad back and jagged body posture, which made it difficult for him to walk properly. His osteopath told him that one of his legs is a little shorter than the other and he needs to take up stretching exercises to make it better. He has been showing up at classes daily and it’s doing the magic, as he feels a lot better than before.

“It’s really had a huge impact on his stature and he stands much straighter. He seems to stand an inch taller now. He was amazed at the results. If he hadn’t done anything about it, the slouch could have got worse over time but the Pilates classes really do seem to be helping.” said a source.

The One Direction star is taking Pilates classes in London in Exhale Pilates. He has a good company there as Harry Kane, Tottenham Hotspur player, also attends the classes alongside Hazza. The activity is having a great impact on Harry’s health as his wonky walk and back pain has become rare.

Harry Styles revealed to a source that he was asked to do ballet, which would help him cure back pain. However, he went for yoga and then shifted to Pilates, and it has turned out to be great for him! We wish him the best of luck!
