This teenage boy got injured in the deadly Brussels attacks in Zavantem Airport, but it is not the first time he has faced this. It was the third terrorist attack he was caught up in!
A 19-year-old boy injured in the deadly Brussels attacks yesterday has previously survived the bombings in Boston and Paris, says his father.
Mason Wells was one of the four members of the group Mormon Missionaries, who were caught up in the blasts in Brussels. Mason got badly injured in the attacks, but was fortunate enough to survive yet again.
While talking to the media, his father said Mason was just a little distance away from the finish line of the 2013 Boston Marathon, in which his mother was taking part, when a bomb exploded, killing 3 and injuring many.
The teenage boy from Utah, USA, was also in Paris on 13th November, when a series of terrorist attacks killed about 129 people.
Mr. Wells said while talking about Brussels attacks:
“This is the third time that we have a connection to a bomb blast. We live in a dangerous world.”
“Not everyone is kind and loving,” he added. His father also told that his son was extremely close to the blast and got burned; it is a blessing from God that he is still alive.
His three fellow members of Mormon Missionaries also get injured in the devastating Brussels attacks. According to the recent reports, 34 people lost their lives and 198 got injured.
