The king of sprint, Usain Bolt, clinched his third successive Olympic gold medal in 100m category after finishing the race in just 9.81 seconds. Usain Bolt is considered to be one of the greatest sprinters of all time.
The 29-year-old Jamaican athlete became the first sprinter to win three Olympic 100m titles after beating USA’s Justin Gatlin to claim the gold at Rio 2016, but it was his performance in the semi-finals that took the social media into a state of hysteria.
He clocked the impressive 9.81 seconds’ victory to duplicate his success at the Beijing 2008 and London 2012. There is no doubt that it was a staggering achievement, yet one photo is stealing the show on the social media.
The picture we are talking about here was snapped when Bolt was on his way to the finishing line and was seen flashing a grin as he rushed down the track, leaving his rivals way behind him.
The reaction on Twitter was amazing.

While talking to a reporter after his latest win, Usain Bolt said:
“Somebody said I can become immortal. Two more medals to go and I can sign off. Immortal. It wasn’t perfect today, but I got it done and I’m pretty proud of what I’ve achieved. Nobody else has done it or even attempted it. I expected to go faster, but I’m happy that I won. I did what I had to.”
